Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2021 and recently earning a Master’s in Integrative Medicine, Sequoia blends fitness, yoga, and holistic health to support her clients' well-being. She specializes in mobility and strength training, believing that stretching and full-range movement are key to sustainable results.
